Bartsch Inns are looking for a Sous Chef who may be looking for their first head chef’s role within a new venture.
The right candidate will have suitable experience cooking a la carte food, with a passion for their work.
We will be looking to develop the food element of the new hotel venture which already has one AA Rosette.
The Food element will encompass breakfast, lunch (both a la carte and a more simple bar menu), an express menu for early afternoons, early doors bar food and evening restaurant service.
You will be expected to lead the kitchen team and develop menu ideas in conjunction with the Exec.Chef with special emphasis on the wedding trade that we wish to develop.
Salary is Negotiable dependant on Experience.
