The Grill Room Upstairs at The Horse & Plough is a relaxed grill restaurant focusing on fresh food and friendly service, it is best described as ‘a modern dining experience set in old fashioned surroundings’. A major talking point is the new refurbishment completed in August 2009. The new contemporary look is complemented by a review of the menu and the focus firmly back on traditional English Grills.

Set in the historic former Methodist church above The Horse & Plough in Bingham and a contrast to the traditional pub below The Grill Room is a laid back and informal contemporary grill restaurant. A thoroughly modern British grill menu is given a fresh, European twist thanks to talented Head Chef Stewart Watson who uses the finest British sourced seasonal ingredients to create enjoyable dishes. Founded on our deep belief in relaxed service, quality ingredients and passion for great wines and beers, The Grill Room is a simple solution to restaurants which are stiff and formal, or which try too hard to be trendy.
